is simple and free.

Try using the name of an advocate or care manager, or a diagnosis or disease, or another word that could yield the results you seek.
Please note: You will not find the names of hospitals or health systems or specific medical professionals in your search results.
If your search doesn’t yield results, then try using fewer words or different words.
*Help:
- The more services you choose, the more advocates you’ll find.
- The more miles you choose, the more advocates you’ll find. If you hope to meet with your advocate in person, then choose a shorter distance. For some advocacy a phone or video call will be sufficient. In that case, choose a longer distance to yield more results.
- Use quotation marks around a term or search phrase. This will tell the database to search for these exact words.
- Need zip or postal code help? Find links at right or below (if you are using a mobile device.)
- You may not find any results at all. Contact us and we’ll help you find an advocate.
