Chris was a lifesaver for our circumstances. Our son suffered a heart related emergency which landed him in the hospital for an emergency procedure that wound up with total fees nearing $250,000. He had no health insurance which created an extremely stressful situation for the whole family. My insurance changed and one of my medications was denied due to it being not in the new plans formulary. In addition, the medicine was very expensive and I was taking it for an “off label use” indication. Chris was able to find out exactly what was needed to get the new insurance plan to cover the drug, and assist my doctor with preparing the requisite formulary exception letter. The formulary exception letter was approved, allowing me to continue taking the expensive but essential medicine. I could not be happier with the result.
