We came across Stephanie at a time when we were overwhelmed and frustrated with dealing with the Kaiser system for my father who had been diagnosed with brain cancer. Half the battle in getting information regarding care decisions is persistent and assertive follow up but between my sister and mom, we were at our wits end trying to get answers or necessary actions.
