My wife was in Cardiac Critical Care with sepsis for 10 days which started the last Friday in October 2017.....To help pay for her health care I came off my insurance and was going to re-enroll my health insurance Nov. 1st 2018. A year later on the last friday, of October 2018, exactly the same day as my wife was admitted a year before......I had a stroke and was admitted overnight to the hospital three days before open enrollment to get my medical insurance....so I was caught without insurance and it was a devasting overnight medical hospital cost that never seemed to end and was very difficult to keep track of all the doctors bills and every medical company involved in my care......My wife found claim medic online and they truely saved my financial life, my sanity and helped me get enough time to heal and then deal with the financial burdens......Claim Medic representatives are compassionate, helpful and understanding and always are responsive to help and coach you thru the hurdles and advise you on next steps.......I highly recommend this company......super professional!

Fantastic service. I collected on a claim that was initially denied by my health insurance company. If I had attempted this myself, I would not have known where to begin. Mary and staff patiently worked through my $30,000 hospital stay bill with a very disconnected and disjointed hospital administration staff. My questions were never answered and the billing department did not talk with customers. Customer service was not local and not helpful. Claim Medic worked through all those issues and was able to reduce my bill to $4,000 (my deductible and coinsurance amount). A big difference! Thank you!

I am a recent cancer survivor and when all the dust settled, despite decent insurance, I still owed almost $10,000 in bills to a NY hospital. My husband and I were overwhelmed with a $50,000 Mayo balance. I met with Mayo's finance but was unsuccessful in altering the balance. My son got sick and hospitalized for 10 days. Unfortunately, i was in period of changing job and didn't have insurance. I got bills around 360K. I turned all the bills to ClaimMedic and really impression with their dedication, commitment and willingness to help family who really need help. ClaimMedic was able to negotiate bills to something extremely lower which i can afford and pay to hospital. It took almost 6-8 months for this entire process and ClaimMedic stood by us and never lost patience. They keep trying and tried hard to explain this to hospital and various other bill provider. ClaimMedic helped me by addressing a billing issue that was supposed to be covered by my insurance, so I thought. Having serve anxiety and post traumatic stress are not very good combinations to getting a $49,000 medical bill. Having Mary on your team, she took all the anxiety and stress away from me, I didn’t have to deal with anything. A few weeks later got signed letters saying I owed nothing!! Mary's helped has been outstanding, to say the least. One of the claims I had was an accident claim I had March 2018. She got it paid PDQ, where I was about to throw in the towel trying the get insurance company to pay me on my accidental policy. All the other outstanding money owed to me, she was able to get those settled too.

We were in Florida on vacation when my granddaughter passed out and was taken to the ER and then to the Hospital. Fortunately, she is OK but the bills were quite large. The insurance paid the bill as in network since it was an emergency. After the insurance payment we received a balance bill for over $6,000. After working with Mary at ClaimMedic she explained to us that Florida has a Balance Billing Statute than in the case of an emergency and where the patient has no choice on picking the provider that the patient is only responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance after the insurance has paid. After working with Mary and presenting this statute the over $6,000 balance bill was adjusted to a $0 balance.

After the death of my daughter from cancer, our family was overwhelmed with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills. Even after claims were filed (and some rejected) we were still owing at well over $100,000, mostly at a England provider. After getting bounced around from one insurance department to another and having provider contacts changing every few months, I was totally frustrated. Providers were beginning to push for payment. That's when Claim Medic and Mary came riding in on their white horse. In just a few months, all the bills were settled for less than 20% of what was due (including Claim Medic's fees).This has helped to bring closure and peace to a tumultuous period for our family. Mary's not in it for the money as is clear from her very low rates. She loves helping people to be relieved of burdens like this. This service is a ministry and ought to taxed as such.

After the death of a relative, I was distressed by the sheer cost of her hospital stay. None of sat very well with me, so I found ClaimMedic on-line. My son travels internationally and has medical insurance through a travel policy. He had surgery in Taiwan along with follow up physical therapy. The insurance company approved the procedures ahead of time but when the bills arrived, it was nothing but red tape. It was a huge headache for him and me as we tried to resolve it with a 12 hour time difference. We turned everything over to ClaimMedic and they took it from there. Got the bills reimbursed and are even making sure the conversion rate being used is consistent and correct. I had a simple brief, maybe 2 hours, stay in the ER for kidney stone. I was expecting a bill from the ER! But you would not believe the number of bills I got from medical entities I had never heard of, in addition to the hospital of course.
