Clinical Healthcare Advocates of Florida (CHAFlorida) is a private patient advocacy company founded in 2016 in the Florida panhandle and has since expanded to cover the entire state. The North Florida branch is located in the city of Chipley, in Washington County and the Southwest Florida branch is in Bonita Springs, Collier County.
The company is dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes through creating personal relationships with its clients and addressing their complex clinical and administrative healthcare problems. CHAFlorida also works with businesses to provide low-cost advocacy services to their employees as an adjuvent to their existing healthcare benefit plans. Our website outlines our full lineup of services including private advocacy, business advocacy, medical records management, and our comprehensive cancer program.
The advocates at CHAFlorida all come from professional healthcare backgrounds and possess verifiable clinical healthcare experience. All advocates are required to achieve board certification in patient advocacy through the Patient Advocacy Certification Board and have either completed certification or are prepping for examination.
CHAFlorida advocates do not provide advocacy services for or on behalf of any clinical healthcare organization and all advocacy services are completed for the client alone. This lack of conflict-of-interest ensures integrity in the advocacy process.
