Overwhelmed or confused by today’s healthcare system?
Complete Dignity is a healthcare advocacy company committed to each patient’s needs and the needs of their family members. Our primary goal is to help take the confusion out of health care by collaborating to meet the individual goals of the patient. By taking advantage of our many health care resources and experiences we work to educate and inform our clients on the health care issues they may be facing. We firmly believe that by serving as your advocate our patients and their family members are empowered and able to make the best educated choices possible concerning their health care decisions.
Michelle has several years of healthcare experience with an extensive background in many areas including rehabilitation therapy for those recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, pediatric patients as well as a strong understanding of the life cycle of the medical billing process. She also worked as a Health Assistant in the education sector, assisting with various medical circumstances, from the management of chronic health illnesses to the monitoring of serious life-threatening conditions.
The last thing anyone needs when struggling with serious health concerns is to try and navigate through the complexity of the healthcare system and insurance bureaucracy. By seeking out assistance from others who are familiar with the medical, healthcare and insurance issues that can arise you are able to have more time to spend on what truly matters, your life.
Michelle is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants and received her certificate in Patient Advocacy through the Cleveland State University School of Nursing. She also is a member of The Alliance of Professional Health Advocates as well as a private, Board Certified Patient Advocate who serves families nationwide. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest information available in all aspects of Patient Advocacy.
