Michelle has several years of healthcare experience with an extensive background in many areas including rehabilitation therapy for those recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, pediatric patients as well as a strong understanding of the life cycle of the medical billing process. She also worked as a Health Assistant in the education sector, assisting with various medical circumstances, from the management of chronic health illnesses to the monitoring of serious life-threatening conditions.

The last thing anyone needs when struggling with serious health concerns is to try and navigate through the complexity of the healthcare system and insurance bureaucracy. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants and received her certificate in Patient Advocacy through the Cleveland State University School of Nursing. She also is a member of  The Alliance of Professional Health Advocates as well as a private, Board Certified Patient Advocate who serves families nationwide. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest information available in all aspects of Patient Advocacy.
