I will echo the other comments – 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate. Before we found Bonnie we were constantly running into road blocks between insurance, doctor availability, doctor quality, … We probably spent 2 years trying to find the best treatment for our mother. But once we hired Bonnie to guide and help us, everything changed for the better. We made more progress with Bonnie in two months than in the previous two years – getting our mother the help and treatment she needed. If you are struggling or need help with the healthcare system, I highly recommend Bonnie!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Bonnie helped my parents with 9 months of doctor’s appointments as we wrapped up their lives in Houston before moving them to Senior Living to be near family in Austin. Bonnie is so kind and attentive, they instantly adored her. She met them at a dozen different doctors’ offices, recorded the entire appointment on her phone (saved to a dropbox account so I could listen), and took notes which were usually emailed to me within 24 hours. If I had questions, she brilliantly asked the doctor in a way that never crossed their ego. She knew what we needed to know and with her own extensive base of knowledge, she could ask the right questions. She never missed an appointment, never got confused on the day or time (which has happened with other so-called helpers). We all need a Bonnie in our lives!
