Marshall Consulting Service

Marshall Consulting Service is a patient advocacy company that helps veterans and non-veterans age 50+ to understand California’s long-term care benefits. This includes information on veterans’ health care, state veterans’ homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult day care.

We strive and hope that all elderly people, regardless of their current health conditions have long-term care goals and a long-term care plan.

As an advocate I will work directly with clients (or with their legal representatives) to ensure they have a voice in their care and information to promote informed decision making. I also may work independently or in medical or other organizational settings helping patients to receive exceptional customer service and being treated as a partner in their healthcare.

Mission Statement

To create new life experiences for people over age 50+ years through training on self-help principles and encouraging them to take personal responsibility to choose appropriate healthcare actions by believing that when people do this, they experience a more fulfilling and quality of life. These basic teachings teach that all seniors can improve the quality of their lives through proper training and coaching.

As a Patient Advocate, Marshall Consulting Service will:

  • Recommend processes to inform and educate all seniors served.
  • Inform and educate all seniors within the California Primary Service Area on the California Long-Term Healthcare industry’s policies and procedures.
  • Identify barriers recognized by the California seniors that we serve and recommend process improvements.

NOTE:  Marshall Consulting Service will not address clinical issues.
