COVID-19 Update: Call us for the HOWs. We provide current information and know latest in resources to assist. We’ll NAVIGATE change within change.
NAVIGATE NC offers patient advocacy and care management largely through our Consultancy Model, using our expertise and knowldge of local lay-of-land to enable your best decisions. For example we may be engaged by the Adult Children of aging parents, or loved ones who reside outside of the area to manage the care, support during change or step in when fast-advocacy is needed. Most importantly, we work in direct service to individuals and their family unit, whatever that may look like – not the hospital, and not the insurance company. We work for YOU.
Have an Advocate in your back pocket to support your decision-making with research, education and with discussion. We help you address whatever “IT” is, and how it will affect your loved ones.
- Coordinating healthcare and housing needs during challenges that come with aging, changes within chronic conditions or rapid change.
- We work in concert with medical, legal, financial and an array of others as we build and communicate with your local team.
- Research and Referral, providing education and solid direction regarding the matters at hand. Expertise to cut through the noice and to help make good decisions.
- Accompaniment to medical appointments with summary reporting.
A complex healthcare system, an increasing elderly population and the difficulty of long distance caregiving are producing tremendous challenges, ones that NAVIGATE NC can remedy. A large part of our focus are the family members who live outside the area and need a trusted set of eyes and ears locally who understands the issues and can work on their behalf. Our clients refer to us as their ‘Professional Relative‘.
Founded in 2013, NAVIGATE NC has emerged as a fast-growing agency with a goal of becoming a market leader for professional advocacy services in the Southeast.
