Noble Patient Advocacy
Health care has become impersonal. That’s a big problem, since the field of medicine is one that demands empathy and compassion in order to achieve a positive outcome for the patient-customer.
Doctors are in a hurry because they are overbooked. Many patients attend their appointments alone because the current economic landscape does not provide their caregivers time off to accompany them. Just trying to get a copy of your medical records can take hours, if not days of repetitive faxing, emailing and phone calls, much of which has to be accomplished during business hours.
I’ve started Noble Patient Advocacy because I want to take on some of that burden for my clients. I want to build stronger lines of communication between patients and their medical teams through better organization, better appointment outcomes and improved understanding of next steps in a patient’s treatment plans.
