Tzachi (pronounced ‘Saki’) has a background in healthcare & nonprofit administration. He's been a medical professional since his days as a combat medic in the early ‘80’s and is a passionate and multi-faceted professional. His work as an Independent Professional Advocate is both personal and professional. He is a survivor of medical errors himself and spent years advocating and caring for his aging parents (of blessed memory). His advocacy works stems from a lifetime of passionately seeking to make the world a better place.

As an Independent Patient Advocate, Tzachi will:

  • Provide services to patients as they navigate complex healthcare systems
  • Work directly with patients to ensure that they have a voice in their care
  • Work to make sure that patients have enough information to promote informed decision making,
  • Play an informational role
  • Commit to helping patients make informed choices and access resources
  • Ensure a patient’s wishes are the guiding force behind decisions affecting medical care and the withholding of care
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.

EI Health is the collaboration of Tzachi and his partner Dr. Lara Litov, a physician specializing in functional and integrative medicine. Together, EI Health offers the following services:

Tzachi & Lara have been providing compassionate, comprehensive care and services for more than 25 years. They live in Bellevue, Washington with their dogs Zoe & Ziggy and are can often be found (often with their kids) volunteering to feed homeless youth, advocating for their neighborhoods and being active community members, both locally & global
